About the Founder
Alicia Aquino is a Trial Technology Consultant based in San Diego. Alicia is well-versed in trial preparation, jury analysis, graphics and trial technology presentation. With experience in numerous trials, Alicia provides expertise in litigation support from start to finish. She also holds a credential as an NCRA Trial Presentation Professional.
Alicia is a founding advisory board member of the Online Courtroom Project ("OCP"). The OCP is an advisory task force comprised of judges, lawyers, consultants and researchers who believe that parties have the Constitutional right to a trial and the justice system needs to embrace innovation and technology to maintain those rights in a time of crisis.
She received her Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Human Resources Management with a minor in Finance from Columbia College. She obtained her Paralegal Certificate from UC Davis.
Alicia is very active in the legal community. She currently holds an Executive Board of Director position with Tom Homann LGBT Law Association and was a past President of the San Diego Paralegal Association.
Alicia is also a member of the following legal associations: American Society of Trial Consultants, American Bar Association, California Lawyers Association, Lawyer’s Club of San Diego, Consumer Attorneys of San Diego, San Diego County Bar Association, La Raza, Women in e-Discovery, San Diego Chapter of the Association of Business Trial Lawyers, American Association for Justice, CLM and Project Management Institute of San Diego.
